Bred by the same breeder as Atlantis, Apollo is very similar but a couple of days earlier and with a slightly thinner stem. For maximum yield, cut main floret as soon as it appears. This results in a larger plant with a high quantity of side shoots. If main floret is allowed to mature, overall yield of side shoots will be reduced. If harvested 1–2 times per week, plants will bear well for approximately 4 weeks. Apollo is a Broccoli X Gailon type.
